I am etc. to acknowledge the
receipt of Foreign Office letter No.
F.4565/4/10 of the 11th of May about
the sinking of Hong Kong fisning junks
by a Japanese war vessel in September of
last year.

In view of the considerations
set out in paragraph 2 of that letter
the S. of S. is prepared to agree
that publication of the Report should
be deferred until the Kaval
